What is the Limited Lifetime Warranty?
VIPER ARCHERY PRODUCTS warrants, for the lifetime of the original purchaser, that it will adjust, repair or replace any product manufactured by it to the extent that such product is found to contain any defect in material and workmanship. This warranty shall not apply in any case of loss, self-repair or damage due to misuse, abuse, failure to perform normal maintenance or deterioration in the cosmetic appearance and/or finish of the products, including, but not limited to anodizing or camouflage finishes. Fiber optic is not covered by this warranty. Please note: Glass lenses are inspected upon leaving the factory and are not covered by this or any warranty. This warranty is non-transferable. To exercise the warranty rights herein provided, defective products must be shipped pre-paid with a valid return authorization number issued by Viper Archery Products, include the owner's name, address and telephone number, contain a description of the defect, and be accompanied by an original receipt evidencing proof of purchase. With respect to all products sold by Viper Archery Products but not manufactured by Viper Archery Products, the original manufacturer's warranty, if any, shall apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the sole and executive remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement as specified above.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
How do I view my orders?
Registered Viper users can view order history under Account if the order was placed while logged into their account. To view your order history, log in to your account and select Orders. If an order was placed online using guest checkout, please contact us at info@viperarcheryproducts.com for more information.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
We normally ship orders within 24-48 hours. Shipping transit can take 2-8 business days depending on distance and shipping method.
What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to Viper Archery. If there is an error while fulfilling your order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return for a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the original purchase price. To begin processing, please call (814) 849-9695 or email info@viperarcheryproducts.com for return instructions.
All returns must be sent with a copy of your purchase receipt to: Viper Archery Products, Attn: Returns, 494 Service Center Rd., Brookville, PA 15825.
Do you ship internationally?
Orders placed on this website ship only within the United States. However, we work with many international dealers that sell Viper Archery Products. Please contact us by email at info@viperarcheryproducts.com to inquire about international orders.
